  • Application: Suppresses contaminating microorganisms while allowing Legionella to grow.
  • Active Ingredients: Contains polymyxin B, glycine, anisomycin, vancomycin, and pH indicators (bromothymol blue and bromocresol purple).
  • Usage: Each vial is sufficient for 500 ml of sterile, molten medium.
  • Preparation: Rehydrate contents aseptically with 50% aqueous ethanol and add to cooled (45-50C) agar bases.
