Tetraethyl orthosilicate (TEOS) reagent grade, 98%, is a colorless liquid alkoxide primarily used as a precursor for silicon dioxide (SiO2) thin film deposition. It's also utilized in the creation of hydrogels, nanoparticle-based drug delivery systems, and as a chemical crosslinking agent for polymers.
