Uses

Preparation

To make turmeric paper, you can:
1. Extract the color from turmeric powder by adding it to water or alcohol.
2. Apply the extract to absorbent paper, such as blotting paper or a kitchen towel.
3. Dip the paper strips into the solution, making sure the entire strip is coated.
4. Remove the strip from the solution and let it dry completely.

Turmeric is also known as a pH indicator, and other natural indicators include red cabbage and china rose.
