About Water Nuclease-Free SRL500ml

Nuclease-free water is a high-purity liquid that is treated and tested to be free of nucleases, such as DNases and RNases. It is a key component of molecular biology work, especially PCR-based applications. 

Here are some characteristics of nuclease-free water:
  • TreatmentIt is deionized, filtered, autoclaved, and tested for contaminants. It may also be treated with diethylpyrocarbonate (DEPC) to inactivate nucleases.

Uses
